Agilent Technologies Singapore (International) Pte Ltd is seeking an Analytics Lead to evolve the Control Tower as the global platform for visibility, decision intelligence, and execution. You will apply analytics, AI, and decision science to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance.

You will translate business priorities into scalable global analytics solutions, build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks, and drive enterprise adoption across the global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, BI, or manufacturing analytics.
• Experience designing executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Hands-on with Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
• Strong communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing Control Tower insight portfolio, defining the product roadmap and prioritizing capabilities.
• Lead the design and delivery of executive-ready dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions.
• Translate business priorities into scalable global analytics solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Apply analytics, statistics, and AI/ML to identify opportunities and embed forecasting and predictive insights.
• Drive enterprise adoption and value realization through stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Continuously improve the analytics portfolio by tracking adoption and outcomes.
