Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of analytics or manufacturing analytics experience.
- Experience designing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and applying statistics and AI/ML to business problems.
- Product mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into scalable analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the Manufacturing Control Tower insight portfolio and define the product roadmap.
- Lead design and delivery of executive-ready dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions.
- Translate business priorities into scalable analytics solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Apply analytics, statistics, and AI/ML to identify opportunities and integrate forecasting and predictive insights.
- Drive adoption and value realization through stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Continuously improve the analytics portfolio across the global network.
