Job summary

Agilent Technologies Singapore (International) Pte Ltd is seeking a Decision Support Data Scientist within the MASE team to own the quality and integrity of insights guiding senior-management decisions. You will combine decision science, statistics, forecasting, and AI to strengthen manufacturing performance and enable faster enterprise decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 8 years of experience in data science or analytics.
Strong ability to frame complex decisions and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience producing executive-level performance insights and management narratives.

Responsibilities

Own the analytical quality and integrity of Control Tower insights and recommendations.
Define and validate KPI logic, baselines, targets, and indicators.
Build and validate analytical prototypes and models using Python, SQL, R, BI tools, and cloud technologies.
Monitor analytical performance post-deployment and recalibrate when needed.
Lead cross-functional analytical workstreams and align analytics with priorities.
