Job summary

Space Executive partners with an established Singapore-headquartered business group to appoint a Corporate Development Manager to support its investment activities, M&A transactions and strategic growth initiatives. This is a commercially focused role offering exposure to investment evaluation, transaction execution and corporate strategy, with direct interaction with senior management.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, corporate finance, or related fields.
Sector experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, industrials or asset-intensive businesses is highly advantageous.
Strong financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis capabilities.
Proven experience in M&A, investment evaluation and transaction execution.
Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline; CFA/CAIA/MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
Conduct financial modelling, valuations and commercial assessments of potential investments.
Manage due diligence processes and support transaction structuring, negotiations and execution.
Undertake market research and strategic analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Prepare investment proposals and recommendations for senior management and Board-level review.
Monitor existing investments and support portfolio optimisation and strategic initiatives.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors on transactions and business expansion.
