Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage approvals to establish and operate facilities (permits, licenses, environmental, fire safety, signage).
• Monitor regulations affecting warehouse and fulfillment operations across jurisdictions.
• Map permit requirements for upcoming sites and align compliance timelines with milestones.
• Coordinate with external consultants, legal counsel, and local authorities to support approvals and resolve issues.
• Maintain a centralized tracker for active and planned applications, including statuses and ownership.
