Job summary

SALT Talent Search PTE. LTD. is seeking an Admin and Operations Associate for a 12-month, extendable contract to manage permitting and regulatory tasks across multiple jurisdictions.

You will coordinate with facilities, legal, and regulators, ensure timely submissions, and maintain trackers while supporting expansion in SEA and EU/UK logistics sites. A fast-paced environment requires strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple regulatory projects across countries.
• Strong written and verbal communication with regulators and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end permitting and licensing for facilities across EU/UK and SEA.
• Assess and manage approvals: planning, occupancy, licenses, environmental permits.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting warehouse and operations.
• Map permit requirements and align timelines with milestones.
• Coordinate with facilities, construction, real estate, and ops teams.
• Work with external advisers and authorities to resolve issues.
• Maintain a centralized tracker for applications and deadlines.
