Job summary

Salt Talent Search seeks a Compliance and Regulatory Associate for a 12-month extendable contract. You will lead end-to-end permitting and licensing for sorting centers and fulfillment facilities across EU/UK and SEA, collaborating with facilities, construction, real estate and operations to submit timely applications.

You will identify and manage approvals, monitor regulatory changes, and maintain a centralized tracker for active and planned applications, ensuring timely readiness and go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end permitting and licensing for sorting/fulfillment centers across EU/UK and SEA.
• Identify, assess and manage approvals: planning, building, occupancy, licenses, environmental permits, fire safety, signage and local authorizations.
• Monitor national, regional and local regulations affecting warehouse and fulfillment operations.
