Job summary

Illumina Singapore is seeking an experienced Logistics and Warehouse professional to ensure on-time order processing and comprehensive shipping documentation. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, align with stakeholders, and secure space with service providers.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining compliance with ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
Experience in order processing, coordinating international shipments and domestic deliveries, and shipping documents.
Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Ensure orders are processed on time and shipments are arranged.
Understand customers' requirements and make logistics arrangements to fulfill them.
Secure freight space by coordinating with service providers.
Collaborate with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
Prepare all shipping documents for international and domestic shipments.
Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and delivery.
Resolve shipment issues with stakeholders through to delivery.
Handle ad hoc warehouse and logistics matters as needed.
