Job summary

Illumina Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Logistics Professional to ensure timely order processing and to coordinate global shipments. You will prepare comprehensive shipping documents and work with stakeholders to resolve issues until delivery.

Requirements include 8+ years in logistics, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and strong analytical and communication skills. Diploma in Logistics or related field preferred. SAP experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to resolve shipment issues till delivery.
• Collaborate with service providers to secure freight space.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
• Prepare all shipping documents for international and domestic shipments.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and delivery.
• Resolve issues with stakeholders until delivery to customers.
• Handle ad hoc warehouse and logistics tasks.

Position Summary:

Ensure orders are processed on time and customers’ logistics requirements are arranged. Furnish full set of shipping documents to support domestic and international shipments. Work with all stakeholders to resolve all shipment issues till delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner.


• Understand the customers’ requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure requirements are fulfilled.


• Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space.


• Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.


• Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)


• Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and timely delivery.


• Work closely with all stakeholders to resolve any issues till delivery to customers.


• Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.
