Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Logistics/Import-Export Coordinator to manage contracts, pricing validation, and documentation flows. You will coordinate with factories, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with Incoterms and customs requirements.

Qualifications

• MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Book Contracts/Orders according to customer’s request.
• Check that customer’s PO pricing aligns with quotation or prior agreement; rework pricing calculations to obtain approval before sending order confirmation.
• Coordinate with factory to update special price into system.
• Monitor delivery dates and expedite with factory to meet client expectations as closely as possible.
• Follow up on payments with clients to ensure payments are received prior to shipment unless agreed otherwise with SOM for urgent projects.
• Follow up on overdue positions and coordinate with Accounts Receivable.
• Handle LC negotiation and prepare all necessary documentation.
• Issue Debit or Credit notes for discrepancies or required circumstances.
• Monitor credit limits and payments.
• Release orders per customer shipping instruction (Incoterms, forwarders, delivery address, etc).
• Assist in Project Registration and update Project Data in Company’s CRM system.
• Prepare documents for customs clearance (Certificate of Origin, test certificates, etc).
• Process complaints.
• Coordinate information to the Person in charge in Quality Department.
• Arrange documentation for returns of materials.
• Update customer data in SAP and Sales Scout system.
