in Singapore is seeking an experienced Logistics Procurement professional to coordinate shipment movements, liaise with freight forwarders, and ensure timely import/export operations across air, sea and land. You will monitor customs compliance, track milestones, coordinate with warehouse teams, audit shipping costs, and provide transparent updates to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of procurement, team management or cost-saving projects.
• Diploma or professional qualification required.
• Ability to motivate team members.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Word and Excel.
• Main HQ is in Taiwan, reporting work is required.

Responsabilités

• Shipment management: coordinate and monitor movement of goods.
• Freight & forwarder liaison to secure rates and service.
• Customs and trade compliance: prepare and verify shipping documents.
• Milestone tracking from departure to final delivery and resolve delays.
• Warehouse coordination with loading schedules and inventory receiving.
• Cost tracking and optimization: verify invoices and identify savings.
• Customer and vendor service: provide regular shipping updates to internal teams and external customers.
