Job summary

OakTree Consulting is seeking a logistics coordinator in Singapore to handle import/export shipping documentation across land, air and sea. You will liaise with forwarding agents, clients and warehouse to ensure on-time shipments and accurate invoicing.

The role requires a diploma or higher in logistics, 1–3 years’ shipping experience, and proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Navision 365. Knowledge of INCOTERMS and HS codes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in logistics or supply chain.
• 1–3 years of relevant shipping experience.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Navision 365; document control.
• Proficient in handling shipping documents and INCOTERMS.
• Customer service skills.
• Knowledge of HS codes; Strategic Goods Control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process import/export shipping documents (land/air/sea).
• Coordinate with forwarding agents, clients and warehouse.
• Ensure on-time delivery and billing of invoices.
• Handle client inquiries including tracking shipments.
• Prepare quotations, sales forecasts and presentations.
• Generate price lists and update sales team with principals' info.
• Engage with customers, suppliers, financiers and internal teams.
• Provide admin support and data entry as required.
