PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Logistics/Shipping Administrator to manage import/export activities, LC documentation, and pricing for hedge contracts. You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely cargo delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or Higher Nitec in logistics or shipping with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Higher Nitec with at least 2 years of relevant logistics or shipping experience.
• Experience in LC, export shipping documentation, containerised shipments or Incoterms will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented mindset.
• Well-organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Handle import/export (I/E), LC and banking documentation.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, marine insurance).
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping lines and forwarding agents for on-time cargo delivery.
• Liaise with shipping lines on BL preparation and related documentation.
• Calculate pricing for hedge contracts and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Check documents against sales agreements, LC terms and customer requirements.
• Follow up on deposits and LC issuance to meet payment terms before shipment.
• Ensure ownership of goods transfers per payment terms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve documentation or operational issues promptly.
• Work with Traders and Fixation to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
