JTU PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage equipment purchases and coordinate timely deliveries for regional and international shipments. The role involves processing orders under guidance, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment operations.

Candidates should have relevant logistics experience, be able to read and write Mandarin, and possess strong planning and communication skills to track orders and schedules effectively.

Formación

• Mandarin reading and writing is required.
• Relevant shipment and logistics experience is required.
• Experience in inbound and outbound shipping is essential.
• Strong planning and monitoring skills for purchases and shipment schedules.
• Familiarity with the OCI system is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Handle equipment purchases from regular suppliers.
• Arrange and coordinate on-time deliveries for regional and international shipments.
• Process orders received under the guidance of the Logistics Manager and in collaboration with team members.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
