Job summary

Salt Talent Search is seeking a Compliance Operations Executive for a 12-month extendable contract with a well-known technology client. The role focuses on sanctions, AML and anti-bribery/anti-corruption compliance activities, including ticket reviews, decisions, and stakeholder education.

You will be the first contact for compliance queries, process dispositions, and contribute to optimization projects within Global Legal Compliance across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Risk Management, Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
• 2+ years' experience in sanctions and/or anti-bribery/anti-corruption compliance alerts review.
• Experience using financial crime systems preferred (e.g., Dow Jones).
• Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review compliance tickets related to sanctions, AML/ABC; make decisions (approve/reject) and educate stakeholders.
• Handle sanctions hits processing disposition accurately and promptly.
• Escalate high-risk cases and red flags to Global Legal Compliance team across time zones.
• Serve as first point of contact for compliance on-call and email queries.
• Suggest enhancements to screening systems and processes to improve operations.
• Support global compliance projects as needed.
