Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced ML Scientist for the Live Platform Intelligence team to advance research-driven improvements to the LIVE experience for users worldwide.

You will build and deploy machine learning models to boost LIVE revenue and content quality, while collaborating with product and business teams to understand user behavior and identify optimization opportunities. This role requires strong technical foundations and hands-on data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiar with commonly used machine learning and deep learning algorithms (DNN, NLP, CV, etc).
• Familiar with at least one of Flink, Spark, Hive, with big data parallel processing experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a solid math foundation (probability statistics, numerical optimization).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the optimization of TikTok LIVE business to enhance the LIVE experience for billions of users.
• Apply cutting-edge ML models to improve LIVE revenue and content quality, delivering the best experience for creators/operators.
