Job summary

Antom, a brand of Ant International, is expanding its partnerships team in Singapore. We seek a seasoned executive to source, negotiate, and sign regional or global top-tier partners in our payments and B2B ecosystem.

You will structure deal terms, grow networks with decision-makers, and keep the sales pipeline healthy while sharpening strategy with product, marketing, and customer success. Experience selling to C-levels and Fortune 500s is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in sales, partnerships or business development within payments or B2B.
• Proven track record closing top-tier global/regional accounts and exceeding targets.
• Experience selling to C-level executives at multinational retailers or Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high energy and hustle mentality.
• Interest in startup environments and shaping sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and sign partnerships with regional or global top-tier partners in your category
• Structure deal terms that accelerate close-won rates while protecting margin
• Build and grow relationships with key networks — leveraging existing contacts and industry events to secure meetings with decision-makers
• Continuously refresh the sales pipeline by sourcing up-and-coming players alongside established names
• Use competitive insight to sharpen selling strategy and direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, tech, marketing, customer success and local BD - to move deals forward
