Job summary

Vontobel Holding AG is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Specialist in Singapore to support day-to-day operations and provide high-quality IT services for the Asia region. You will manage incidents, fulfill requests, and help automate processes to reduce ticket volumes.

You will work with a global team, ensuring system availability and adherence to IT protocols while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Asia and support functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience (preferably in financial services).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with M365, Windows, MS Teams, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support and day-to-day operations/monitoring.
• Deliver high-quality IT services globally and maintain high availability of systems.
• Own incident management and fulfillment of requests, escalate as needed.
• Develop plans to reduce ticket volumes and implement automation.
• Liaise with internal IT teams and third parties to resolve issues.
• Provide regular reporting on IT operational performance and trends.
• Ensure Singapore IT operates per IT protocols and standards.
• Build strong relationships across IT, Asia business units and support teams.
