Job summary

Firmus Technologies, a global AI infrastructure leader, seeks a Global Operations Centre Support Specialist in Singapore. You will support network operations, server hardware, and data centre alerts in a 24x7 shift-based environment.

You will monitor and troubleshoot hardware, log tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data centre infrastructure while ensuring SLAs and security procedures are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Diploma or professional certification in a relevant field is required.
• At least two years of experience in data centres or 24x7 critical environment management.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24x7 network monitoring and data centre health.
• Log, update, and progress tickets to resolution.
• Coordinate data centre maintenance with internal and external teams.
• Ensure security procedures and visitor management are followed.
• Support incident response and SLA adherence.
