Job summary

Future Technology Devices International Ltd seeks an experienced IT Operations Lead to manage daily IT support and global coverage. You will oversee assets, onboarding/offboarding, system administration, and end-user support across remote locations.

The role requires hands-on expertise with AD/DC, Microsoft 365, and servers, plus Mandarin/English communication for cross-border collaboration. Strong governance and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT related discipline with 5–7 years relevant experience.
• Hands-on IT support including Desktop/Laptop, Printer, Lan/Wan, Router, Switches, Firewall Support.
• MCSE in Windows Server and RHCSA in Linux server or equivalent hands-on experience.
• CGEIT preferred or IT governance experience in IT policy or security.
• International IT project management experience; People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide IT support operations on a daily basis.
• IT asset management with traceability records.
• Support HR onboarding/offboarding including IT training.
• Provide system setup and admin work (file control, VPN, software admin).
• Level 1 helpdesk support for staff, including remote users worldwide.
• Troubleshoot AD/DC, Microsoft 365, File Server and Application server issues.
• Configure firewall/router/switch; escalate to 3rd party vendors as needed.
• Liaise with IT vendors for quotations, costing, and procurement.
