Job summary

The IT Manager at Sierra Ventures in Singapore is responsible for end-user computing, enterprise applications, and IT infrastructure both onsite and remote for China locations. You will provide desktop and first-level application support, including Oracle Fusion, and work with US-based IT leadership across time zones.

The role emphasizes collaboration, incident documentation, and adherence to global IT standards, with travel to China offices as needed and flexible after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Support Analyst or IT Support Engineer.
• Hands-on desktop support, application support (Oracle Fusion optional) and network/systems infra.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365, plus Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for Windows and macOS systems.
• Support Oracle Fusion applications and enterprise tools; troubleshoot access issues.
• Maintain network and server infrastructure, backups, and security updates.
• Coordinate with US-based IT teams and vendors for issue escalation.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the IT service management system.
