Job summary

ByteDance PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned product manager for its insurance-enabled ecommerce platform. You will design, launch, and optimize insurance products, shaping the roadmap and driving growth across users and sellers.

You will collaborate with analytics, UX/UI, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences, backed by data insights and market research. Previous end-to-end PM experience in ecommerce or insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on ecommerce insurance.
• End-to-end product management experience from idea to launch.
• Knowledge of ecommerce and insurance industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop insurance products from concept to launch.
• Enable Insurance Sales and Claims in the ecommerce platform.
• Focus on improving user and seller experience, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, technology, operations, and customer service.
• Conduct market research to inform product development.
• Prioritize features and manage roadmap development.
• Implement data-driven insights to optimize performance.
