partners with a leading global insurance organisation in Singapore to hire an Insurance Operations & Reporting Executive responsible for premium processing, invoicing and financial reporting. The role involves data validation, governance and collaboration with stakeholders across Singapore, APAC and the United States, providing exposure to regulatory requirements and international service programmes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Insurance or related discipline.
• Experience in insurance operations, financial administration, reporting, invoicing or data processing is advantageous but not essential.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications and strong interest in the insurance industry are welcome to apply.
• Strong numerical, analytical and data-validation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Premium Processing and Monthly Reporting: review and process insurance premium bookings and ensure timely monthly reports.
• Invoicing and Receivables: prepare invoices, monitor receivables and reconcile items with stakeholders.
• Financial Reporting and Data Analysis: maintain underwriting and financial reports and provide data for reviews.
• Compliance and Audit Support: assist with audits, update procedures and ensure audit-readiness.
• Product Governance and Client Onboarding: support governance reporting and onboarding of new clients in Singapore.
