Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a Senior Insurance & Financing Lead to own end-to-end procurement of global insurance coverage for data center assets and to design trade finance solutions for hardware procurement.

You will build relationships with brokers, banks and financiers, lead RFPs, and establish governance policies while coordinating with Finance, Legal and Operations to align risk and financing with asset deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ACII, CPCU or equivalent are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial/corporate insurance procurement, risk financing, supply chain finance or trade finance.
• Experience with data centers, cloud infrastructure or technology infrastructure is a strong advantage.
• Established relationships with insurance brokers, underwriters, banks and financing institutions in Asia or globally.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement and management of global insurance coverage for data center assets.
• Design and execute supply chain and trade-finance solutions for hardware procurement.
• Build senior relationships with brokers, underwriters, banks and financiers.
• Lead RFPs and tender processes for insurance programs and financing facilities.
• Establish procurement governance, vendor panels and risk controls.
• Monitor market developments to identify cost-saving and risk-mitigation opportunities.
• Coordinate insurance claims with brokers and insurers.
• Align insurance and financing structures with business requirements across teams.
