Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Instructor Management lead to build and manage a diverse bench of instructional talent, staff cohorts, and partner with the Country Manager to achieve strategic hiring and profit goals.

You will oversee onboarding, coaching, and quality standards, collaborating with Sales, Delegates/Students/Client Success to ensure consistent learner outcomes across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple teams in education or corporate training.
• Proven people manager who inspires, develops direct reports.
• Experience leading hiring, sourcing, and interviewing.
• Experience delivering training for adult learners.
• Ability to evaluate instruction and coach for improvements.
• Ability to navigate challenging interpersonal situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a diverse bench of instructional talent to staff cohorts.
• Identify qualified industry professionals for instructional roles with DEI focus.
• Forecast finances and hire to achieve profit margin goals.
• Plan staffing to meet diverse learners' needs.
• Provide coaching and observe instruction to drive improvement.
• Monitor course quality and learner feedback for action plans.
