Dada Consultants Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Lead to oversee global infrastructure reliability, architecture, governance, and modernization across cloud, virtualised, and customer-hosted environments.

The role blends hands-on technical work with strategic leadership to keep systems secure, scalable, and highly available. You will drive IaC initiatives, define long-term roadmaps, manage capacity and disaster recovery, and collaborate with Engineering and

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or operations.
Experience owning infrastructure operations across multiple regions.
Hands-on with AWS, Azure or GCP, servers, OS, networking and security.
IaC and automation experience required; Terraform/Ansible a plus.
Knowledge of DNS, firewalls, DR, monitoring tools; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Own global infrastructure operations across cloud, virtualised, and customer-hosted environments.
Define infrastructure architecture, governance, and long-term technology roadmaps.
Ensure high availability, capacity planning, DR, and incident management.
Drive infrastructure automation using IaC, scripting, and configuration management.
Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks, debt, and security vulnerabilities.
Establish standardised processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Engineering, Cybersecurity, regional IT teams, and external providers.
Report on performance, risks, and improvements to senior management.
