Job summary

BOND FINANCIAL GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to own the infrastructure strategy, architecture and roadmap. This senior player-manager will lead the team, stay hands-on, and ensure platform reliability, security, cost-efficiency and business continuity.

You will govern cloud and on-premise environments, drive IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes operations, DR/BCP programmes, ISO 27001:2022 compliance, and manage third-party providers while supporting 24x7 incident response.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with hands-on delivery.
• Experience with 24x7 production support, DR and BCP.
• Background in regulated industries (financial services preferred).
• ISO 27001:2022 familiarity or exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive infrastructure strategy, platform decisions, and roadmaps.
• Govern costs, capacity planning, and IaC change controls.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and patch management.
• Lead the infrastructure team and mentor staff; handle on-call duties.
• Collaborate with third-party providers; ensure ISO 27001:2022 audit evidence.
