Job summary

Univers seeks an experienced Infrastructure Operations Lead to shape and run the global infrastructure platform, balancing reliability, governance and modernization across cloud, on-premise and partner environments.

You will own the operating model, drive automation, manage incidents and lead capability development with regional teams and vendors, while ensuring scalable, sustainable infrastructure across International O&M.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in production infrastructure engineering, platform engineering or infrastructure operations with ownership of business-critical environments.
• Proven experience leading an infrastructure domain across multi-region environments.
• Experience defining infrastructure standards, governance, operating models and lifecycle roadmaps.
• Hands-on automation using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin capability supports cross-region collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Infrastructure Operations capability, with service boundaries, ownership model and roadmap.
• Serve as accountable technical authority for architecture, delivery, security, risk and governance forums.
• Define architecture, deployment patterns, lifecycle roadmaps and modernization priorities across cloud, virtualised, and hosted environments.
• Lead major incidents and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Establish IaC standards, change controls and automated validation requirements.
• Coach and develop infrastructure capability across teams and regions; influence product engineering and security.
