Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to handle import/export and offshore shipments from our Central hub. You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role includes shipping documentation, stock control, reporting, and ongoing process improvements. A diploma or degree in business/logistics and at least 1 year in logistics are required; Incoterms knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in business, logistics, trade or related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain.
Experience in chemical industry or bulk shipment.
Familiarity with shipping documentation and Incoterms.
Understanding of payment terms, contract management systems and ERP workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
LC & DP knowledge not required but preferable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate import, export and offshore shipments to ensure timely movement.
Prepare shipping documents including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin.
Support shipment tracking, stock records, master data and SOP maintenance.
