Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer integrations with our Worldpay suite. You will work closely with customers and the Account Management team to define scope, design the solution, and guide technical teams through the delivery lifecycle.

You will manage multiple projects, deliver demos and training, and monitor progress post go-live. A strong background in XML/JSON APIs, Web/Mobile SDKs, and database tech is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management and customer technical integrations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer integrations with Worldpay suite of payment services.
• Collaborate with customers and Account Management to define scope and deliver solutions.
• Guide technical teams during integration, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Plan projects, monitor progress, and communicate risks with stakeholders.
• Deliver customer demos and training to maximise product value.
• Stay informed on payment tech trends, security, and related technologies.
