Job summary

Trulioo invites you to join a global leader in digital identity verification, helping enterprises onboard customers securely while reducing costs and fraud. The role sits in Singapore on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office) and partners with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Service Delivery to solve complex identity challenges.

You will engage directly with strategic customers, lead technical demonstrations, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant or Implementation Specialist role.
• Written and verbal English and Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Technical background with familiarity in JSON, RESTful APIs, and native and web-based SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers directly, acting as the key technical contact for strategic customers.
• Own the discovery process to uncover objectives, requirements, run demonstrations and proofs of concepts.
• Translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions and lead technical engagements.
• Advise on best practices across identity, compliance, fraud, risk and integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
• Contribute to internal knowledge and technical excellence.
