Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Singapore is seeking a Technical Consultant to guide clients on digital identity, device intelligence, and fraud detection. You will lead solution design and integration across web and mobile, translating business requirements into scalable rules and configurations.

You will partner with pre-sales, fraud strategy, product and engineering to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of ThreatMetrix DDP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise solution implementation experience.
• Experience with REST, JSON, JavaScript or mobile SDKs.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor during onboarding and solution design.
• Lead implementation of ThreatMetrix DDP and supporting APIs, SDKs and policy configurations.
• Configure custom rules and decisioning logic in the policy engine.
• Troubleshoot, test and support go-live activities with client teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and pre-sales to align configurations with client goals.
