Job summary

Trulioo in Singapore is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to bridge technology, revenue, and customer success for enterprise clients. You’ll partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Service Delivery to design, demonstrate, and evaluate solutions from discovery through deployment.

This full‑time role is based in the Singapore office with a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in the office).

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Degree or combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant or Implementation Specialist role.
• Written and verbal English and Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Technical background with familiarity in JSON, RESTful APIs, and native and web-based SDKs.
• Proven ability to simplify complex concepts, deliver effective product demonstrations, and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong API expertise (REST, API design, OAuth, API keys, JSON/XML) with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable solutions.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Solutions Consulting EMEA & APAC, this role sits at the intersection of technology, revenue, and customer success. You’ll partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Service Delivery to solve complex identity challenges for enterprise customers, leading efforts from the discovery and solution design through to evaluation for prospects and existing customers. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role for someone who enjoys deep technical problem‑solving while influencing strategic outcomes.

This will be a full‑time, permanent position working out of the Singapore office on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Strong API expertise (REST, API design, OAuth, API keys, JSON/XML) with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable solutions.
• Comfortable working independently and cross‑functionally, collaborating with distributed teams across regions.
• Apply a “Trusted Expert” mindset to interpret customer requirements and recommend flexible, forward‑thinking solutions.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to:
  • Apply AI to improve the efficiency and quality of customer engagements, technical discovery, solution design, demos, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into customer workflows and position Trulioo's AI‑powered risk intelligence capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools and best practices within the Solutions Consulting team to improve productivity, consistency, and customer value.
• Relative experience in identity verification, compliance, or fintech industries is a plus.
