Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking an experienced HR Services Manager to deliver legally compliant HR partnering support to a diverse global client portfolio. You will own the full employee lifecycle, coordinate across HR functions, and manage contracts, onboarding, and offboarding with defined SLAs.

You'll advise on performance, compensation benchmarking, and policy adherence, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate payroll, benefits, and work permits in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of proven experience in HR management or HR business partnering in international contexts.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with global HRIS platforms and payroll processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for GEO workers and clients, delivering compliant support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide day-to-day HR and benefits guidance, including eligibility and enrollment.
• Advise on performance management, promotions, and compensation benchmarking.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with payroll and vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing and tax filings.
