Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) is seeking an accomplished HR leader to partner with senior management on manpower and transformation initiatives. You will shape strategies to attract, engage, and retain talent, while guiding leadership development and HR governance across the organisation.

The role requires deep experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, and large-scale workforce planning within healthcare or similar complex environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications in HR/BA/OD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business partnership to senior management addressing manpower challenges.
• Develop strategic plans to attract, engage and retain key talents.
• Advise on organisation transformation, change management and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee HR service delivery and staffing level planning within policy.
• Guide HR team leads and develop HR professionals.
• Lead HR cyclical processes including performance management and talent reviews.
