You will help build and scale a new global function, enabling smarter people decisions and delivering high-impact, employee- and manager-facing HR programs across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory or People Consultant role.
• Strong coaching and advisory skills for managers.
• Familiarity with HR policies, tools, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Elevate manager decision quality through coaching, performance guidance, and real-time advisory on complex employee situations.
• Translate case insights into scalable HR solutions, and identify gaps to improve policies, tools, and programs.
• Act as a critical feedback loop, surfacing trends to inform Talent, HR, and business strategy.
