• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or HRBP.
• Issue Resolution: Proven ability to resolve complex and sensitive employment issues.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisory & Coaching: advise managers and employees on sensitive work-related issues.
• Employee Relations: triage and support issues; collaborate with legal on investigations.
• Employee & Performance Management: assist managers with underperformance coaching and performance plans.
• HR Operations & Collaboration: support HR processes and transactions for complex requests.
• Cross-Functional Projects: lead or participate in ad-hoc HR projects.
• Relationship Management: build strong relationships with employees, people leaders, HR, and Legal.
