Job summary

Blokees Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive overseas regional manpower planning, staffing, and localization for rapid business expansion. You will partner with regional leaders to optimize team structures and ensure compliant, scalable HR practices across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR/Business Admin/Psychology preferred.
• Minimum 5 years HRBP experience; overseas business or cross-border experience preferred.
• Proficient in full-cycle HR practices and capable of supporting business teams.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Strong business acumen and cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead overseas staffing plans and build localized manpower systems.
• Manage full-cycle HR for overseas local staff: recruitment to resignation.
• Develop talent care, retention and training initiatives.
• Establish performance appraisal system and analyze manpower data.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage risks.
• Implement HR systems and collaborate with HQ to support business growth.
