Job summary

ACTAI is seeking a Head of Technical Recruiting to own the company’s global technical hiring, focusing on AI/ML, backend, infrastructure, web and mobile engineering leadership. You will build the recruiting strategy, structure and cadence to scale with the company, while personally leading critical searches from market mapping to closing.

You will partner with founders and engineering leadership to set hiring bars, create effective interview processes and drive fast, high-quality placements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience for software engineering, AI/ML or other highly technical talent.
• Proven track record building and leading technical recruiting in high-growth tech companies.
• Experience leading critical searches for senior engineers and technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own technical hiring across ActAI, including AI/ML, backend, infrastructure, web and mobile engineering leadership.
• Build the technical recruiting strategy, team structure and operating cadence to meet hiring goals.
• Lead searches for critical and senior hires from market mapping to closing and offer negotiation.
• Set and enforce standards for candidate quality based on actual technical contribution and relevance.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring bars, interview processes and final decisions.
• Grow and coach a high-performing recruiting team and continuously improve sourcing and assessment.
