Job summary

ActAI, a Singapore-based AI company, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to independently own difficult technical searches and hire exceptional engineering and AI talent for ActAI globally.

You will own technical searches end-to-end across AI/ML, backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure; build talent maps and sourcing strategies; headhunt passive candidates; advise hiring managers on market data; and close senior candidates through competitive offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, focused on software engineers and technical roles.
• Proactive headhunting with strong sourcing across platforms.
• Ability to assess technical profiles beyond titles and keywords.

Responsibilities

• Own difficult technical searches end-to-end across AI/ML, backend, frontend, mobile, and infra.
• Build talent maps and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Headhunt passive candidates and reduce dependence on inbound applications.
• Assess candidate contributions and relevance to ActAI.
• Partner with engineering leaders to calibrate hiring bars and improve processes.
• Close senior candidates through compensation discussions and offers.
