Job summary

JOOLA is seeking a Global Head of Product, Softline to lead our global product agenda across apparel and softline accessories. This role will define the category strategy, portfolio architecture, seasonal line plans and development priorities for our global markets.

You will own the complete product lifecycle- from consumer insight and initial concept through design, development, fit, materials, costing, sourcing, range confirmation, launch readiness and post-launch review.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive apparel/softline product leadership
• Experience owning global multi-market portfolios
• Strong technical understanding of apparel construction and materials
• Fluent written and spoken English; other languages beneficial

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global softline strategy across apparel and accessories
• Establish category architecture and portfolio priorities
• Translate insights into clear briefs and launches
• Lead seasonal development from concept to production readiness
• Set stage gates, calendars and decision rights
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across teams
• Lead category performance reviews and governance
