Job summary

JOOLA, a global table tennis and pickleball brand, is expanding its Asia-Pacific HQ in Singapore and seeking an experienced APAC HR Manager to own key people priorities across the regional business.

In this regional role you will partner with Country GMs and leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and governance, delivering scalable people solutions across multiple APAC markets.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Regional or multi-country APAC experience in a multinational or fast-growing org.
• Strong track record partnering senior leaders on workforce, organisation, performance and employee matters.
• Breadth across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations & governance.
• Experience leading regional HR programmes or initiatives across markets & stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of another APAC language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Regional HR Business Partnering and Organisation Effectiveness: Partner leaders on workforce priorities, design capabilities and team effectiveness.
• Performance Management and Employee Relations: Drive PM cycles, handle sensitive matters and ensure compliance.
• Regional Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for APAC roles and build regional pipelines.
• HR Governance, Operations and Compliance: Ensure accurate governance, data integrity and policy adherence.
• Regional HR Programmes and Organizational Development: Design and implement cross-market HR initiatives.
• Process Improvement and Enablement: Standardise HR processes and develop practical playbooks for scaling the regional org.
