Job summary
JOOLA, based in Singapore, seeks a Supply Planning Manager, APAC to translate regional demand forecasts into actionable supply and inventory plans across Asia-Pacific markets. You will partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Finance and country teams to ensure product availability while managing working capital.
This role reports into Global Supply Chain and requires strong planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Progressive experience in supply planning or inventory planning across APAC.
- Strong knowledge of replenishment, safety stock, reorder points and lead times.
- Experience owning multi-market supply or inventory plans.
- Experience with S&OP or IBP processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English; cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own APAC supply plan translating demand into purchase and inventory plans.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning to resolve supply constraints.
- Manage replenishment parameters including safety stock and lead times.
- Coordinate with Commercial and country teams for launches and promos.
- Lead APAC's S&OP supply-review with leadership visibility.
- Improve planning processes and governance across APAC.
