Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in banking, financial services, consulting or transformation environments.
- Proven track record leading large-scale productivity, efficiency and operating model transformation programmes.
- Deep expertise in process excellence, portfolio governance, workforce optimisation and value realisation.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to deliver material financial and productivity outcomes.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional portfolios and supporting investment governance within delegated authority.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and executive communication capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through complexity and change.
- Experience leveraging technology, automation, AI and digital capabilities to transform business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead WRB's Process Excellence roadmap and strategy.
- Drive end-to-end process simplification, standardisation and digitisation across WRB.
- Coordinate governance of the Business Efficiency portfolio under WRB QPR.
- Maintain metrics, benefits tracking and executive reporting.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement across WRB.
