• Experience leading a large global organisation across regions and cultures.
• Track record as a transformation/change leader with technology-enabled improvements.
• Deep understanding of client journeys and end-to-end banking processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Management globally with a focus on service differentiation and value.
• Govern CLM processes across CDD, Entity Management, Name Screening, and more.
• Own overall process performance, risks, controls, and RCSA/TDR activities.
• Drive digitisation and data-enabled performance management.
• Set budgets, KPIs, and ensure timely SRMs across Onshore & Hub teams.
