Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a seasoned leader to provide independent, enterprise-wide oversight of transformation portfolio health, delivery outcomes and execution risk. You will own and strengthen Change Delivery Standards, governance structures and risk frameworks to surface systemic risk and enable timely intervention.

Qualifications

15+ years leading complex programmes or portfolios in regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Own Execution Risk Dashboard and Portfolio Health Dashboards.
Shape enterprise narrative on portfolio execution risk for Board and committees.
Coordinate portfolio inputs to audit and regulatory responses.
Maintain procedures aligned with risk, security and audit requirements.
