Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of PLM & Engineering Excellence to lead Dyson's PLM strategy, governance and transformation across its global product development ecosystem. You will shape the PLM Centre of Excellence, drive digital thread initiatives and ensure Teamcenter remains the trusted system of record for product definition and release governance.

The role partners with Engineering, DDIO, Digital Technology, Quality, Regulatory and Manufacturing, guiding cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Extensive PLM leadership in a global organisation.
• Proven PLM strategy, governance and operating models.
• Experience with enterprise PLM deployments, ideally Teamcenter.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, quality and manufacturing.
• Ability to influence senior executives and lead distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive PLM strategy and Roadmap for Dyson.
• Lead global Centre of Excellence for PLM and Engineering.
• Foster governance, capability building and adoption across teams.
• Ensure Teamcenter remains the authoritative system of record.
• Drive digital thread strategy across requirements to release.
