Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in a banking operations risk & control role.
• Experience in IBG Operations product (trade finance, corporate loan) is preferred.
• Strong risk control mindset with ORM, RCSA or Third Party Risk Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with International Centres Ops and Regional Operations to standardize processes and system solutions.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with International Centres Ops to explain Head Office initiatives and address challenges.
• Drive and guide locations on operational risk management to ensure risk standards compliance.
• Review operations metrics, KRIs and reports from locations; exercise sound judgment and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate regional projects with Regional Ops to ensure timely delivery across International Centres.
