Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Regional Operational Risk Manager to oversee the risk management framework across CBG markets.

The role partners with business and functional stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory expectations. The position requires 10–12 years of experience in operational risk, strong knowledge of risk frameworks, and effective communication to influence across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk management within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of operational risk frameworks and governance practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational risk governance across CBG locations and align with risk standards.
• Provide risk advisory, review initiatives and challenge risk-informed decisions.
• Oversee risk assessments via KRI, risk events, and RCSA; ensure remediation of gaps.
• Support senior management with timely risk reporting and escalation.
• Strengthen resilience, third-party risk management, and business continuity.
• Promote risk-aware culture and sharing of best practices.
