Job summary

GIC seeks a Vice President in Operational Due Diligence to support investment teams across Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Real Estate Funds. You will conduct and manage ODD for a portfolio of fund investments, reviewing operations, controls and risks while coordinating with global offices and external resources.

The role requires 10–13 years of ODD experience, CPA designation is preferred, and strong regulatory knowledge with an ability to navigate cross-border teams and evolving market

Qualifications

• 10 to 13 years of related experience in operational due diligence across hedge funds, private equity and real estate funds.
• CPA designation plus strong regulatory knowledge and risk management experience.
• Experience leading cross-border teams and managing external resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational due diligence for a portfolio of fund investments across global offices.
• Review and report on fund managers’ operations, controls, risks and regulatory developments.
• Manage project scoping, provider reviews, documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with external due diligence resources and drive day-to-day portfolio oversight.
